Born to Fly Healing offers peer-informed spiritual wellness services, including Reiki, intuitive tarot, drum sound healing, and supportive practices for women in recovery. These offerings are intended to support relaxation, reflection, personal growth, and spiritual well-being.
Not medical or mental health care
Services and website content are not medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, addiction treatment, detoxification, diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare or mental health professional. Recovery and emergencies
Born to Fly Healing does not guarantee sobriety, recovery outcomes, or relief from any condition. Continue working with your treatment team, sponsor, recovery community, and healthcare providers. Alcohol or drug withdrawal can be medically dangerous. If you may be experiencing withdrawal, a return to use, a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or another emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource immediately.
